Did anyone wonder why HOA didn't drain the water from outside pull and cover it for the winter? I think it would be more cost effective to drain water from the pool and cover it for the winter. Than drain it in May and pay a lot of money to clean the pool that got so dirty during the winter that it may need major cleaning. No wonder the budget of the condo is so small.
